How the public Arathyll nexus handles personal data today.

Contact

The public contact page accepts a plain-text inquiry (name, email, subject, message). Submissions are rate-limited and anti-spam checked, then stored as contact_messages and emailed to the studio inbox. Do not put secrets or passwords in the form.

Visitor IP is stored only as a keyed hash, never in the clear.

Accounts and comments

The portal host may offer optional login / signup and comments on posts. If you create an account:

• We store username, email, and a hashed password (Argon2id).
• Session cookies are HttpOnly, host-scoped (not shared across *.arathyll.com), and used only to keep you signed in.
• Comment bodies are stored as plain text associated with your account.

You can ask us to delete an account by emailing from the address on the account.

What we do not do

• No sale of contact or account data.
• Atheneum and private vault content never enter public site artifacts.
• The Wordkeep Wiki lab is a read-only sanitized demo; it does not accept private documents from visitors.
